Nexans supports the leading distributors in the anti-corruption policy
Moscow, Russia, March 20, 2014 - The largest participants of the Russian electrotechnical market stated about necessity to combat corruption in procurement of electrical products and to work out joint measures on building mechanisms of fair competition, based on the key competitive advantages in accordance with Russian legislation.
Following the discussion, the Appeal to the participants of the electrotechnical market was signed.
Nexans fully supports this Appeal and states that corruption is contrary to the ethics of the company and its principles, based on the support of Global pact of the United Nations. Nexans' suppliers should conduct their business honestly and fairly, in accordance with regulations prohibiting corruption in the execution of trade operations.
